Paintball is a very safe sport activity to play. With strict rules, and referees, it has a lower injury rate than golf.  Paintball is an excellent way to release stress, have a blast, get off the couch, and get some extra exercise, all while escaping the modern world…. You will be unplugged and into the thrill of the game in a flash.  It truly is an adrenaline rush.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can run around in and don’t mind getting dirty. Preferably something loose fitting.  Paintballs are filled with a plant-based substance that washes out, however, you can get dirt and grass stains as well. We recommend bringing a change of clothes for the car ride home. Or perhaps renting one of our coveralls to protect your clothing. Hoodies or a cap, as well as, gloves are a plus.  We sell some of these items.

While getting hit, depending on what part of the body it is,  can sometimes “sting” more then others there are things you can do to lesson this.  Sometimes it feels like a hard tap other hits might feel like a quick rubber-band snap.  To avoid unnecessary discomfort, wear appropriate clothing and layers and respect our ten foot rule not to shoot up close. We also offer a lower impact version of paintball called medium impact. Highly recommended for new players or people looking for something a little less extreme than the standard paintball.  There are millions of people playing and loving Paintball and we know you will too!

At CZPLV we require that all paintballs are purchased from our facility with our special color filled balls.  This is how we control cost and quality, pay our bills, our staff,  our insurance, and how we can bring you such an amazing adventure. Our paintballs are what a soluble and biodegradable. They wash out of clothes and are safe for the environment.

Capture the Flag

Teams compete to capture the opponent’s flag and bring it back to their base. This game encourages strategy and teamwork.

• Objective: Capture the opponent’s flag and return it to your base.

Elimination

Players are out once hit by a paintball. The last person or team standing wins.

• Objective: Eliminate all players on the opposing team.

Team Deathmatch

Teams compete to eliminate as many opponents as possible within a set time.

• Objective: Score the most eliminations within the time limit.
• Strategy: Stay mobile and communicate with teammates.

King of the Hill

Teams control a designated area for the longest time.

• Objective: Control the area for the longest cumulative time.
• Strategy: Establish strong defensive positions and maintain control.

Capture the Flag: A classic scenario where teams try to capture the opposing team’s flag while defending their own. This game fosters strategy, communication, and role delegation.

Attack & Defend: One team defends a specific position, structure, or point, while the other team must attack and take it over within a time limit. This emphasizes defensive planning and offensive coordination.

King of the Hill: Teams compete to control a central area or objective for the longest time or until the other team is eliminated. This is great for developing focus and group coordination.

Center Flag: A variation of Capture the Flag where both teams play to capture a single flag located in the center of the field.

Elimination and survival games

Elimination: The goal is to be the last team standing by eliminating all opposing players. This scenario builds trust and the need for teammates to protect and support one another.

• Last Man Standing
• Protect the President

Last Man Standing: A straightforward deathmatch scenario where the last player/team remaining wins.

Protect the President: Similar to Attack & Defend, but one player is designated as the “president” who must be protected by their team while being escorted to a designated zone, fast passes Speedball.

Parties can have a few bigger games with everybody on one field and then break up into smaller groups and have different games on the three different fields.  Not necessary and often requested, there is also an option for someone or a specific group to run the gauntlet.

Paintball is enjoyed by a tremendous range of people.  Depending on the type of play you choose, our insurance allows 8+ for the lower Medium Impact & 10+ for the higher Standard Impact. It is up to the players or parent to determine if you should choose medium or standard impact paintball, or one of our different Gel Blaster offerings. For younger players, we offer other options for 5+ and 7+ with different Gel Blaster Guns. An adult 18 + will be required to fill out our waiver.  Players under 18 will need a parent or guardian 18+ to fill out our waiver for a minor. This can be done online or in person at our kiosk.  All players must be capable of following all the safety rules.

No, Gel is a solid water & plant based product that crumbles on impact leaving no residue behind.

Closed toed shoes are mandatory, otherwise, anything you are comfortable running around in, in the current weather conditions.

We are a rain or shine facility, However, if it has been down pouring and the facility has become flooded or current winds are over 20 mph at CZP we will give you the option to reschedule or get a refund if play has not already begun. Otherwise, players play rain or shine. Please call or text if you are concerned about the day of your event.

NO, we have plenty of picnic tables in staging area with shade netting.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in or have delivered any festivities you would like, EXCEPT alcohol.
